Congrats to Dacula High School’s, Michael Rowe, for being the Gwinnett Sports Commission player of the week!

Michael is a senior varsity cross-country runner at Dacula, who in his second year of running has become Dacula’s #1 runner. Recently, he finished in 18th place at the AAAAAA State Championship. He set a goal for himself to be Dacula’s #1 runner and to be sub 17 minutes, which he accomplished and by doing so earned himself a spot on the All-County Team this year.

Michael not only is #1 in running for Dacula but holds a perfect 4.0 GPA and is ranked 20th in his class. Michael is undecided on a college at this time, but we are sure that wherever he goes, he will do well.
