Congrats to Wesleyan School‘s, Jameson Kavel, for being named the Gwinnett Sports Commission player of the week!
Jameson is the starting shortstop for the Wolves and has helped lead them to the GHSA State Fastpitch Softball Championship in Columbus. So far throughout the tournament, she’s gone 7-10, with a double, 3 triples, 4 stolen bases, and 10 runs scored but that all can change as the Wolves take on Stratford Academy today at 9 AM in Columbus. Not only does Jameson excel on the softball field and basketball court but she boasts a 4.15 GPA. We know her parents, coaches, and teammates are proud of their Duke commit.
