
Gwinnett County, GA — The Gwinnett Sports Commission is proud to announce that the 2026 U.S. Adult Figure Skating Championships will be held in Gwinnett County, Georgia from April 8–11, 2026 at the Atlanta IceForum in Duluth.
This prestigious national event will be hosted by the Georgia Figure Skating Club with support from the Gwinnett Sports Commission. The championships are expected to attract hundreds of adult figure skaters from across the country, along with their families, coaches, and fans, to the northeast suburbs of Atlanta.
“We are thrilled to welcome U.S. Figure Skating and the nation’s top adult skaters to Gwinnett County,” said Leigh Hooten, Director of Sports Development for the Gwinnett Sports Commission. “We thank the Georgia Figure Skating Club and the Atlanta IceForum for hosting the championships, and we look forward to April 2026.”
The U.S. Adult Figure Skating Championships is one of the largest figure skating competitions in the country. It features skaters from ages 21 to 85+ competing in various disciplines including freestyle, pairs, ice dance, and showcase events. The competition celebrates both recreational and competitive skaters and continues to be a highlight of the adult skating calendar.
The Atlanta IceForum is set to be the venue for the championships. The IceForum is home to year-round ice sports programming and is conveniently located near hotels, dining, and attractions. This facility, coupled with strong local support, leaves Gwinnett County poised to deliver an unforgettable event for all attendees.
