LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. – The top-ranked Georgia Gwinnett College women’s tennis team recorded a 9-0 home court victory against the University of Northwestern Ohio on Tuesday afternoon at the GGC Tennis Facility.

GGC (12-0), the three-time defending NAIA national champions, won 16 of the 17 games in doubles to grab a 3-0 lead.

Sophomore Madeline Bosnjak earned a 6-2, 6-0 victory on the No. 1 singles court and junior Emerald Able won 12 of 13 games at No. 2 singles. Also, senior Henar Munoz won by identical 6-2 set scores on the No. 3 court and senior Maria Prados Cid rounded out the winners with a 6-0, 6-0 triumph at No. 4 singles.

The Grizzlies received points from UNOH defaults at No. 3 doubles along with the No. 5 and No. 6 singles matches.

Head Coach Chase Hodges recorded his 250th coaching victory while at GGC on Tuesday.
