ORLANDO, Fla. – The top-ranked Georgia Gwinnett College women’s tennis team continued its winning ways with another spring break match victory, 6-0, against fellow NAIA opponent Judson University (Ill.) on Wednesday afternoon in Florida.
Six singles matches were played on Judson’s second match of the day.
The Grizzlies (4-0) won 72 of the 73 games.
Junior Chiara Rebecchi picked up her first singles win of the season on the No. 6 court.
Meanwhile, senior Maria Prados Cid won the deciding fifth point with a 6-0, 6-1 win at No. 3 singles. Junior Madeline Bosnjak picked up a victory at No. 1 singles and senior Henar Munoz won all 12 games on the No. 2 court.
Freshman Tereza Koplova and junior Debora Scurt also won all 12 games on the No. 4 and No. 5 courts, respectively.
