GGC Men’s Soccer to Host Open Tryouts January 21

LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. – After capturing its third Association of Independent Institutions title in four seasons during 2016, the Georgia Gwinnett men’s soccer team has already started its preparations for the 2017 campaign, beginning with an open tryout on Saturday, Jan. 21.

The tryout is open to high school seniors, current GGC students, and potential college transfers. The open tryout will take place at the Grizzly Soccer Complex from 1:00-3:00 p.m. Participants are expected to bring their own gear for the synthetic turf pitch. GGC students will not be granted an excused absence from Saturday classes, and they will need to seek approval from their professor if they are to miss.
